DIVERSE PROTEINS
Ideally you should eat a wide variety of proteins from as many animal sources as possible. You don't need to and should not avoid fatty cuts of meat because it really makes you full without any negative consequences for your health. You should just take care that you are not eating raw meat because you could easily eat bacteria or germs with it.

FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
Many people who start a diet try to avoid fruit and just eat vegetables instead. Even though you can also have vitamin and nutrients intake this way, you should not avoid fruit if you want to improve your metabolism. After all, fruit contains a lot of micro nutrients which usually aren't included in vegetables. That's why they complement each other very well. Nevertheless, you should not exaggerate with grapes or bananas because the sugar could destroy the effects.

HEALTHY COLON
The book explains why a healthy and particularly clean colon is a pre-requisite for the correct processing and transfer of the nutrients. Without the proper preparation of your colon for the diet, all your efforts could be in vain.

HELLO, I'M BROOKE...
I wrote this book because I was having problems with many of the standard ways of losing weight.
Many of these had been working in the first few weeks but they were very difficult to maintain. Because of this, the yo-yo effect had an easy play with me and most of the time, I was weighing more than before.
After these failures, I read everything I could find about the topic of losing weight. I combined those things which seemed to be the easiest ones to put into place.
And this is how my "Diet Detox" Method was born, which I explain in my book. Using this method, I managed to lose 32kg in about a year. And not just for a few weeks or months, but permanently.
